This is going to sound really gross but hear me out. I wanted to switch up my green morning smoothies to something different without giving up the nutrients. I did a few trial runs before figuring out the balance. Here’s what’s in it: handful of frozen spinach, 1/4 frozen avocado, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 peeled and frozen zucchini, frozen cauliflower rice, 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 scoop unflavored egg white protein powder, handful frozen raspberries, about a cup of chilled coffee, splash of almond milk, and honey/stevia to taste. It tasted sorta like a frozen cafe mocha and was packed with lots of sneaky veggies and protein. I prepped baggies for the week ahead of time with all frozen or dry ingredients then blended them with the liquid in the mornings. 10/10 will make again soon!
