Glorious meal prep for the week ahead. 🙌🏼 Breakfasts, lunches, and snacks are all prepared and I have a plan for nutritious dinners! On the menu are paleo barbecue salads (baby kale, shaved brussel sprouts, roasted sweet potato, and grilled chicken tossed in primalkitchenfoods unsweetened BBQ sauce), cold brew coffee, mocha smoothie bombs (recipe coming soon! SO chocolately with low sugar, and lots of protein and sneaky veggies) and some grab-and-go fruits and veggies. Bring on the week ahead, I’m ready! 💪🏼
