Sousvide steak with creamy mushroom sauce
I flambed for the first time!
Sousvide set at 128F for 2 hours and seared. In the same pan I added Shallots and mushrooms, brandy (AND FIREEEEE 🔥), then garlic, beef broth, and cream until reduced.
Mashed potatoes were so good, I used my twin sisters mashed potatoes secret weapon.. sour cream!
