Chocolate fudge like my Great Grandmother taught me
The holidays are always rough because that’s what most of our traditions were centered around.
She used the sees candy fudge recipe and always made half with walnuts and half without.
1 can evaporated milk and 4.5 cups sugar melted over med heat cooked for 7-9 minutes (it grows so so fast so be careful and use a much bigger pot than you’ll think)
Poured over:
3 bags of chocolate chips (milk or semi sweet)
1 container marshmallow fluff
2 sticks of butter
2 tbsp vanilla
Although my bowls are too small so I then had to pour all of that into my pot.. it was an experience.
Set up in the fridge over night in a lightly buttered dish or covered in parchment paper
