Blackened fish taco bowls 🌮
Delicious, nutritious, easily adapted, and ready in 15 minutes.

Start by spraying and preheating your air fryer to 375. Pat white fish fillets dry (I used cod) and generously cover with blackened seasoning. Drizzle a bit of oil (I used avocado) and rub in the seasoning. Air fry your cod fillets 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and lightly crisped.

While the cod is cooking, assemble your bowl. I use rainbow slaw and red cabbage as my base. Add any other veggies you’re feeling. I added some tomato and mashed avocado. Drizzle in sauce of choice. I used my super easy homemade smoky citrus sauce. (Mix a glob of mayo, some fresh squeezed lime and orange juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk and adjust until you have your desired flavor and consistency).

Throw your blackened fish on top and enjoy! 👩🏼‍🍳
