What if I told you these brownies were paleo and made with only 4 ingredients? Oh, and that they’re DELISH.

1 baked or microwaved sweet potato, skin removed and mashed
1/2 cup nut butter (I used cashew)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Mix all ingredients and spread evenly into a greased bread baking dish. I had to add a few splashes of almond milk to thin my batter a bit.
Optional: sprinkle some lilys_sweets sugar free chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Cut when cooled and enjoy.
