We’re staying in this fourth of July and watching fireworks from our roof. Figured it was a good day to use the smoker.

My husband wanted sausages, I wanted Tri tip, so I made both.

Grabbed this cute little watermelon and made a fruit bowl using the watermelon, nectarine, strawberries, and mint.

For the salad I used spinach, arugula, smoked golden beets, goatcheese, lemon juice, and honey. I forgot to buy dressing, but this worked out great!!

For the tri tip sandwich I used provolone cheese, smoked tri tip, BBQ sauce, horseradish, carmelized onions, and ranch

I tried a sausage, I think it was a beer bratwurst. I wasn’t a fan because it made the bread too soggy for me.

Now I don’t have to cook for at least 2 more days lol
