Tried to make a zucchini lasagna. The lasagna turned out great, but the little roll ups (while delicious) were not aesthetically pleasing.
I used ground Italian sausage, mozz cheese, italian cheese, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, basil, thyme, and oregano.
Quick pop in the air fryer.
