Tomato Burrata Salad Recipe

Tomato Burrata Salad features a selection of fresh garden tomatoes with sweet and tart aromas, topped with a rich and creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a balsamic glaze!

Tomato Burrata Salad Ingredients

  • One-fourth cup olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • One-fourth teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • Three Heirloom tomatoes—dark red, red, and green
  • Ten little heirloom red and yellow tomatoes
  • Burrata (8 ounces)
  • Two big basil leaves
  • Two to four tablespoons of balsamic glaze or reduction

 

How To Make Burrata Salad?

There is no need to cook when making burrata salad—just some short preparation is needed.

  1. First, cut the heirloom tomatoes into thick, circular slices with a sharp knife. Place them together on a lovely serving dish.
  2. Next, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and distribute them evenly over the heirlooms.
  3. Finely cut the basil leaves into irregular bits, then toss them on top of the tomatoes.
  4. After that, cut the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces by chopping or tearing it.
  5. Drizzle it over the basil and tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with olive oil and seasoning blend.
  7. Chiffon the two large basil leaves and sprinkle them on top of the plate.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic reduction or glaze.
  9. Serve immediately.
