- Ground Beef (75% to 80% lean)
- Finely Chopped Green Onions
- Ground Cumin
- Hamburger Buns, split, toasted
- Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

- Salt, to taste

How to Prepare Southwest Fajita Cheeseburgers?
- First, preheat the grill to medium.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, green onions, and cumin. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Lightly form into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- After that, place patties on grid and grill, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes to medium (160°F), or until an instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into the center registers 160°F. Turn regularly.
- To broil, place patties on a rack in a broiler pan so that the meat is 3 to 4 inches from the flame. Broil 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once, until an instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into the center reads 160°F.
- Season with salt and pepper if required.
- Open brioche buns. Place buns directly on oven rack. Toast 2-3 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer the buns to a chopping board. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of the remaining chimichurri sauce over the cut side of each bun.
- Finally, top with a burger patty and the onion and pepper mix and enjoy!
