Super simple instapot (or one pot) dinner
Satueed onion, zucchini, yellow squash, and tomato sauce. Added some salt and red pepper flakes to balance it at the end.
Ciabatta cheesy garlic bread on the side so we could make them into less messy meatball sub. We both cleaned our plates.
