Shamrock race day weather was FINALLY perfect!!! Yesterday could not have been a better race day, especially after last year!! Shins felt the best they have ever felt, pushed myself past my normal pace most of race, and I did not let a little sinus congestion slow me down! As I turned the corner to the boardwalk, less than a mile to go I knew I needed to get to that damn finish line in less than 4 minutes to beat last year’s PR and I DID IT!!! Hard work pays off and feels so good!
