Another lazy meal. I didnt thaw my chicken first. Chicken with pearl onions and garlic in a zip lock bag with old bay and 21 seasoning salute sousvide 145F 1.5 hrs, set and forget it.
Mushrooms sauteed in butter with garlic, once browned I added a little white wine, then 2 cups chicken stock and allowed to boil until it became a thick pan sauce.
