How gorgeous are these blackened mahi tacos with pickled cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado, corn and house made verde hot sauce?! Took a break from the heat with this most delish lunch out. After a reset this past week, I am back to making good (and delicious) nutrition choices that work for ME. And yes, those can include variations of tacos 🌮 and pizza 🍕(see previous post).
