Twilight grilling after a perfect afternoon by the pool. Some balsamic grilled chicken, zucchini, tomato and cucumber salad, and jacksonshonest sweet potato chips on the menu. I just can’t get enough of this super simple marinade for meats and veggies (haven’t tried it on fish….yet!) All you do is put whatever you’re grilling in a gallon baggie and give it a generous drizzle of olive oil, white or brown balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. It’s also really good with equal parts white balsamic vinegar and fresh lemon juice. Marinade for at least 30 minutes then grill to perfection!
