Not get enough Thanksgiving leftovers? Still craving your favorite flavors….this Crock Pot Cranberry Turkey Breast is a must! Dang did this dinner deliver on some of my favorite Thanksgiving flavors!

Ingredients:
5-7 lbs. Boneless Turkey Breast
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 C. Cranberries
1/2 White Onion
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
1/2 C. Orange Juice
.
Gravy:
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Cold Water

Directions:
1. Unwrap turkey breast & place in slow cooker. Sprinkle Salt & Pepper and rub it in.
2. In mixing bowl, combine cranberries, onion soup mix, and orange juice. Pour over the turkey.
3. Cook on low for 5-7 hours, or until internal temperature of 165 degrees.
4. Remove from crock pot and place on serving dish.
5. Take the remaining liquid from crock pot and add to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
6. Combine cornstarch & cold water in bowl & slowly whisk into the crock pot liquid once it gets to a boil. Continue to boil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour gravy over turkey & place remaining gravy in a jar for extras.
8. Serve with some of your favorite sides; I went for stuffing and roasted green beans with almond slivers. Enjoy!
