My body is craving all the veggies and lean protein after a fun gals weekend of šŸŒ®šŸ•šŸ·šŸ¹šŸ»šŸ«. Cod and asparagus hit the spot! Side note: if anyone has tips or tricks on how to NOT ruin everything every time I try to cook using my cast iron skillet, Iā€™m all ears. This is one thing I just havenā€™t been able to get the hang of no matter how many times I try! Oh well, still delicious šŸ˜‹

    We love our cast iron skillet but it does take some getting used to. My top tips are make sure you start with a properly seasoned pan (we bought flax seed oil for this); add enough oil to the pan when cooking; always preheat the pan on medium or max medium high and donā€™t add food to it until itā€™s preheated. They heat up slowly but then they stay hot so thereā€™s not much need to use high heat, which can also cause food to stick. Hope this helps!
