Maiden voyage on my new counters! I painted and used epoxy on them this past weekend.
My husband is still on a health kick so I bought a book called “The everything macro diet cook book” after checking it out from my towns library and loving it. The salmon recipe came from the cook book.
30 calories cauliflower rice, 45 calories asparagus with balsamic glaze, 227 calorie salmon = just over 300 calorie dinner
The asparagus was cooked in the air fryer, since it was previously frozen I didnt add any oil. I used Mediterranean seasoning from kinders. Topped with the tiniest drizzle of balsamic glaze that added 10 calories.. worth it lol
Also with prep included, less than 30 minute meal.
