Lettuce wraps and air fried egg rolls
Super simple
I was lazy so I threw a yellow onion, a medium shallot, a container of mushrooms, and a ton of garlic into a food processor. Cooked that down in a little butter and then added ground pork, chili garlic paste, and cilantro. Once cooked I added shredded cabbage and carrots (coleslaw mix), pad thai sauce, and rice noodles.
I used butter lettuce for the wraps and then quickly rolled the egg rolls and brushed them in an egg wash after placing in a pre greased air fryer.
