Last nights dinner was 🔥. Sesame encrusted ahi tuna with quick pickled cucumbers and garlicy green beans. Made a delicious citrus ginger sauce for dipping. Tuna is one of my favorite meals because it packs great nutrition (high protein and almost no fat) and it takes literally 5 minutes in total to make. Just pat the tuna steak dry, press into a plate of sesame seeds until covered, then sear in hot oil for about 1 minute per side for delicious, crunchy, rare ahi tuna.
