Just a little reminder that eating well doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen or skimping on flavor. This sandwich-remix is a yummy and simple lunch that has the perfect balance of protein, veggies, and healthy fat. I used plainvillepoultry turkey slices as a sort of wrap, smeared Dijon mustard and a little primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo, bacon (Costco’s low sodium bacon is whole 30 compliant), tomato slices, dill pickle, and some avocado. My little taco stands work perfectly to hold it all together!
