Greek chicken burgers with tzatziki and some of the most delicious oven baked sweet potato fries I’ve ever made. The cucumber and tomatoes were picked fresh from my garden today 😍

I’ve made these burgers dozens of times, but tried a new method tonight that I will keep forever! Pan searing, then finishing in the oven to cook through and lock in its juiciness. Here’s how to make them:
With your hands, combine 1 lb ground chicken (turkey works too!), a handful chopped spinach, a handful chopped sundried tomatoes, half a container of crumbled feta, 3 cloves minced garlic, about 1/4 diced red onion, 1 egg yolk, about 1/2 cup of almond meal, and Greek seasoning (I use Super Gyro from primalpalate). Form 4 patties. Sear both sides well in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Transfer the cast iron to the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes to finish.
