- Two tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Add the celery, carrots, and onions to the soup pot with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chicken stock. You can use premade chicken stock or make your own.
- Taste your broth now to ensure it has enough flavor before adding the chicken bouillon. Adjust the seasoning.

- Add chicken shreds that have already been cooked to the soup pot.
- Bring the pan to a gentle boil once the chicken has been combined with the vegetables and they are soft.

- Add the broccoli with approximately one minute to go till the Tortellini is thoroughly cooked.
- Allow to cook for one more minute, then remove from heat.
- Serve with a garnish of fresh parsley.
