Air fryer pork and stir fry veggies witch chicken fried rice.
I was going to make this over white rice, but my sister sent me home with some awesome chicken and bacon fried rice that she made.
I love quick air fryer dinners. I did a lot of driving today so I just wanted something quick we can take for lunches tomorrow too. I marinated the pork in Korean BBQ sauce and garlic chili oil while it thawed. While the pork was cooking I seasoned the frozen veggies and then dumped them in the air fryer when the pork was done.
