Pad Thai noodles with chicken and frozen veggies

I like to make the sauce first and then use part of that to marinade the chicken. For the sauce I used: rice wine, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, plum sauce, chili garlic, sweet soy, and oyster sauce.

I made the noodles and rinsed them then I marinated the chicken with the sauce, garlic, and green onions for about 30 minutes while we walked our dogs.

Cook the veggies (added cilantro) and set aside, cook the chicken, then cook the eggs and set aside. Put the sauce in the pan and simmer, added lime and chili flakes at this time.

Super simple and delicious.
