- 1-2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning (or chili powder, based on how spicy you like your food)
- One teaspoon of garlic powder
- To taste, add salt and pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Topping for the avocado:
- 2 ripe avocados, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Regarding the bruschetta:
