🚨 🍕 Winner, winner, pizza chicken dinner! 🍕 🚨
Just trust me ya’ll, this is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes I’ve ever created! Here’s what you need: 2 large chicken breasts (you could also do thighs), 1 small jar of sugar free pizza sauce, small bag of shredded mozzarella (or dairy free option), 1 package turkey pepperoni. This makes four servings, but you easily have enough other ingredients to do 1-2 more breasts for 2-4 more servings.
To make:
Preheat oven to 375. Pour half of sauce jar into a glass baking dish. Rinse, pat dry, and butterfly chicken breasts into halves. Place chicken into baking dish. Pour rest of sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Take the chicken out and set the broiler to high. Spoon about half of the sauce out. Top chicken with mozzarella and pepperoni. Broil, uncovered, for about 6 minutes or until toppings are browned and crispy! Optional: top with flavorgod pizza seasoning, which I did 😋 use the extra sauce as desired, but I spooned it back into my meal prep containers!
