When the weather is beautiful, who wants to be stuck in the kitchen cooking dinner? I’m all about quick & light in the summer!! Taco Salad Bowls are a go to for me! 🌮
1 lb. Ground Turkey (or any preferred ground meat)
1/2 Packet of Taco Seasoning (low sodium)
1 bag Shredded Lettuce
Fresh Mild Salsa
Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 Wheat Burrito Tortilla
1. Cook the ground turkey, then add the taco seasoning in last 5 minutes.
2. I use taco bowl pans to cook the tortilla at 400 for about 7 minutes.
3. Add shredded lettuce, cooked meat, salsa, avocado, then cheese. **There are so many ways to mix it up and have different variations!
