Cauliflower Gnocchi (Trader Joe’s)
1. Sauté cauliflower gnocchi in pan with 1/4 c. water for 8 minutes.
2. Slice mushrooms, chop spinach, and pre-heat turkey meatballs.
3. After gnocchi is cooked, add in mushrooms, spinach, minced garlic, pesto, and 2 Tbsp olive oil.
4. Once cooked down, add turkey meatballs for another 3 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!
