Took advantage of the opporTUNAty to fire up my oven tonight after being cold alllll day at work! Tuna melt romaine boats with a drizzle of dump ranch are on the menu! To make: cut a romaine heart lengthwise. Hollow out by removing the small inner leaves. Brush lightly with oil. Broil for about 3 minutes. Stuff with tuna salad recipe of your choice (I used white albacore tuna with celery, white onion, fresh dill, diced tomato, diced pickle, salt, pepper and primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo). Broil for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sauce if you’d like. I used dump ranch (recipe from wholesisters).
