So when I found this paleo takeout fakeout Thai Basil Beef from iheartumami.ny, you know I had to try it. I’m so glad I did, y’all. Because this recipe is DE-FREAKING-LICIOUS and surprisingly easy to throw together. Go make it. Seriously, you won’t regret it. I haven’t met one of her recipes yet that I haven’t absolutely loved.
I served it with garlicky green beans, but it would also be amazing with rice if you aren’t paleo/whole30. I also used tamari instead of coconut aminos in the stir fry sauce because I’m not currently strictly paleo/whole 30. You do you. As iamtabithabrown says, that’s your business.
