Running in heat never felt so good!!! Global day meet-up with some local for 3 mile run. This marks the very first day I shed the shirt for a 3 mile run in my sports bra and man did it feel good, especially in this humidity!! Felt so empowering and strong running with this group this morning and meeting some other kick ass women crushing goals!
