Ingredients (2 servings):
1 1/2 cups rice noodles
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup of broccoli
1 small zucchini
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp water
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp curry
1. Chop all the vegetables and fry in oil for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl mix peanut butter, soya sauce, water and spices.
3. Add the sauce and cooked pasta to the pan.
4. After two more minutes serve and enjoy 💕
