Quick breakfast after a jog and before attacking a mountain of studying/work. Leftover cheesy cauliflower grits from dinner last night, half a mini avo, franksredhot scrambled eggs over spinach, and some perfectly ripe berries 😋 I HIGHLY recommend the cauliflower grits…they take the cake for me in terms of making cauliflower something it’s not. Great taste and texture. (My boyfriend even asked me what I put in them to make the texture so “gritty”…SPOILER ALERT: it’s nothing…they’re just that good). You can find the recipe on my Cajun shrimp and grits post a few back. They still taste great without the cheese if you’re doing whole30!
