Polar Plunge 4 Miler Race complete!!! I have had bad shin & calf pain for the past week and had no idea how this was going to go. So happy to have one of my best average paces in this race!!! Getting ready for Disney Princess in just a few weeks, thankfully in much warmer weather than today!!
