Garlic potatoes, Brussel sprouts with dates, and flank steak over arugula with chimichurri.
I marinated the steak while I cooked the brussle sprouts and potatoes on the traeger, then cranked up the heat for the steak. Added the dates to the brussle sprouts during reheating. I loved the pop of sweetness on the plate.
