My avocado salsa is basically chunky guac with a little zing, it goes perfectly on top of chili-lime chicken, salmon, or shrimp, and you can make it in 5 minutes flat. 💃🏼 🥑 🍅 It’s also really darn good with sietefoods sal y limon tortilla chips.
Here’s a rough estimate of what I put in there since I never measure:
4 chopped roma tomatoes
2 ripe avocados, cubed
1/2 chopped white or red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of two limes
A generous dash of chili lime powder (I use Klass, which is a gem you can find at Mexican grocery stores that has salt, dehydrated lime and chili powder), garlic powder, a bit more salt, and pepper.
Throw it in a bowl, toss gently (don’t want to mash the avo), and adjust seasonings to taste before savoring.
