Memorial Day weekend eats! 🇺🇸 🥩 While cast-iron/broiling isn’t how I imagined making our Memorial Day meal (the HOA closed down the community grill due to COVID-19), it turned out pretty damn good. New York strips and balsamic glazed veggie skewers for dinner. I am so grateful for those who have sacrificed for my freedom, grateful for my health, happiness, my little family (dog + bf) and that beautiful rose bush in the background that brings me joy each day!
