Manicotti stuffed pasta
Gotta work on making my dishes neater, but everything I do is just so thrown together these days
Browned pork with onion and garlic, tomato basil sauce, ricotta, and parmesan cheese
I have a seasoning called everything italian I wanted to try, seems more suited for a pizza sauce.
Shells were boiled for 9 minutes, left to cool, stuffed, and then baked for 30 minutes.
Perfect to be able to get my chores done in-between the steps
We have to visit family tomorrow so I’m hoping these will last through Monday night
