Little bit of meal prep for the week ahead and my football Sunday snack spread! …

Little bit of meal prep for the week ahead and my football Sunday snack spread! 🏈 🍴

Football spread: Veggie tray and ranch dip made with foragerproject dairy-free sour cream. Guacamole, salsa, and sietefoods grain-free lime tortilla chips. Buffalo smoked drumsticks. Joe will eat on those and the leftover veggies for his lunches this week.

My lunches: tuna salad with veggies (prepped at the same time). I mix in the mayo the day of so it doesn’t get gross.
Breakfasts: bacon and chive egg cups. Giving eggs another chance this week!

I love these primalpalate ranch and French onion packets. So much better ingredients than a regular ranch packet that you need for basically every crockpot recipe ever made.

PS it’s day 29 of our whole30! Woo hoo! As you can see from my menu in my stories, not much is changing for the time being. But I AM having some cheese gosh darn it!
