Lettuce wraps
Seriously one of the easiest dinners I’ve made. I a filling similar to pork egg rolls and then place it on a butter lettuce leaf. Eat the smaller ones like tacos and roll the larger ones like an egg roll or burrito.
Brown a shallot, 3 cloves of diced garlic, 1 tsp diced ginger, and 1 tsp green curry paste. Add ground pork and brown. Add cilantro and cabbage (Cole slaw packages work great), simmer in a little sauce (I use peanut sauce and a little teryaki), top with lime juice and it’s done. Be sure to thoroughly rinse the butter lettuce leaves!!
