It’s only noon and I’ve already gotten my workout and in 💪🏼. On the menu this week: avocado toast, eggs and smoothies for breakfast. Lunch and dinner (pictured): chicken kale and mushroom soup, and wild chipotle salmon bowls with shredded veggies, seedsofchange_us red and brown rice with kale and chia, and little baggies of the most delicious pineapple salsa I’ve ever made to dump right on top!
