Fully loaded fries

I had made french dips earlier this week, but the meat ended up being chewy and I just wasnt a fan of the texture. So instead of throwing it away I thought about how I could repurpose it. The flavor and temp were there, it was just the texture.

So I chopped it up really small and made loaded fries:

Fries, beef roast, white cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, a tiny bit of horseradish

Aaaaaamazing.
