Haven’t used my wok in awhile!

I could only get brown pad Thai rice noodles from the store.

Marinated the chicken in sweet soy, garlic, and rice wine vinegar.

Roasted the veggies while the chicken cooked.

Sauce is sweet soy, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, smoked garlic powder, red chili flakes, and diluted with water until I liked the flavor. I used a cornstarch slurry to thicken it. I reheated the noodles on just a little sauce because I read that’s the key to pad see ew 🤷🏼‍♀️

Turned out really good. Best way my chicken has turned out, par cook in the wok and finish in the oven
