Happy Sunday! Today, I am thankful for the warm sunny day, breakfast on the patio with my loves, and a day of relaxation ahead. Here you have “cheesy” salsa eggs (made with nutritional yeast and topped with local salsasdonsebastian), home fries sautéed in miyokoscreamery vegan butter, strong coffee, and some strawbs. After a tough week, this slow sunny day feels absolutely amazing.
