GG Roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, and Brussel sprouts
Pork roast seasoned and placed in a cast iron with a little olive oil. Cooked 350F with the lid off for 30 min each side, then put a lid on and cooked another 40 min.
Left to rest while you make the gravy
My Great Grandma always poked holes in her roast and shoved garlic in, this is the first time one poked back out!!
