Got our reintroduction calendar ready to go, conveniently ending on my birthday 🥳 Not gonna lie, red wine is what I’ve missed the MOST! Followed closely by my go-to non-gluten grains like rice, quinoa, and gluten free crackers/breads.

Even though it’s not my first rodeo (this is my 8th ever round), it is Joe’s first time. It’s been a few years since I’ve done a proper reintroduction. Hoping we both learn something new that will allow us to move forward better equipped to make mindful decisions about what foods make us feel great, what to limit, and what foods are just not worth it. (I’m talking to YOU, beans!)
