Crispy buffalo chicken salads for lunch this week! No need to reheat, and still crispy days later.
I started by air frying one bag of caulipower chicken tenders (swipe to see!) While the chicken is “frying,” assemble salads with whatever you want. I did mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumbers from my garden. It would also be great with avocado, bacon, or hard boiled egg.
For dressing, I mixed 1/2 thenewprimal medium buffalo sauce and 1/2 tessemaes avocado ranch for the dressing. You could use any brand (or even just get a spicy ranch).
Cool your tenders, chop ‘em up, and toss on your salads.
