  • White Mushrooms: 10 ounces of white mushrooms, quartered.
  • Garlic Cloves: 4 minced garlic cloves.
  • Unbleached All Purpose Flour: 2 tablespoons of unbleached all-purpose flour.
  • Dry White Wine: 1/2 cup dry white wine.
  • Low-Sodium Chicken Broth: ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth.
  • Heavy Cream: ½ cup heavy cream.

Directions to Prepare Fricassee Chicken
