Cappuccino Semi Freddo

“Semifreddo is a class of frozen desserts. The main ingredients are egg yolks, sugar, and cream. It has the texture of frozen mousse.”

Last week I had never heard of this dessert. I had to make it at the restaurant and wanted to make some for home too! Cutting down a recipe from restaurant quantities to at home quantities leaves for lots of leftovers.

This has been such a fun experience.
